Symptom

  •  Case 1: HANA Memory Usage, HANA disk Usage & the tile Technical SAP HANA Analysis are showing "0" as a result as per screenshots below:

  • Case 2: Accessing the DVM data searching by the relevent system ID in the SAP for Me, the following error occcurs :
