• "RSDSTSYBFORM hist_data_get_maxtst" is returned when executing the report "SAP_INFOCUBE_DESIGNS" (SE38)
• Checking related developer trace file we can see this error is being reported each time the report is executed:

• No BW Correction Collection is implemented. In case it is implemented, it might be possible that the report won't return any thing (nor error message), but same "Login failed" will be reported in developer trace file.
