Symptom
On running check tool for Time Sheet, error under the check id TimeSheetEmployeeTimesWithInconsistentCustomFields
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Admin Tools/Center
- Search and open 'Check Tool'.
- Choose 'Time Sheet' -> Run the check
Cause
In the Employee Time object (of time type with classification “Attendance”, “On Call”, or “Break”), there are custom fields defined as mandatory/required. However, Employee Times are existing in the system where these mandatory fields aren't filled in.
Resolution
- Export the report.
- Either manually(Admin Tools-> Manage Data) or via Import, make sure all these Employee time objects have the mandatory fields filled in.
