Error "ProtocolError" or dump "500 SAP Internal Server Error" while downloading WSDL file of custom web service.

• SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer
• SAP Business ByDesign
• SAP Cloud Applications Studio

1. Open Cloud Applications Studio
2. Open Solution
3. Right click your custom webservice
4. Select Download WSDL
5. Error "ProtocolError" shows up

OR

1. Go to fronted UI
2. Go to Application and user management(BYD)/Administration(C4C) Work Center
3. Go to your Communication Arrangement view
4. Select your custom web service
5. Click Download WSDL Button
6. Dump "500 SAP Internal Server Error" shows up

Your BAC element is missing in your PDI solution, so this custom web service is not scoped in the tenant.

1. Open your PDI Solution in Cloud Applications Studio 
2. Create BAC element
3. Right-click solution-> deploy business configuration
4. Scope your solution in the fronted UI by scoping your BC question
5. Wait few minutes
6. Try to download this WSDL file from cloud applications studio/fronted UI
