Symptom

On running check tool for Time Sheet, error under the check id: CancelledTimeSheetWithApprovedEmployeeTimes

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Time Sheet
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Admin Tools/Center
  2. Search and open 'Check Tool'.
  3. Choose 'Time Sheet' -> Run the check for "Status of the employee times is consistent with the status of the employee time sheet. (CancelledTimeSheetWithApprovedEmployeeTimes)"
  4. Error will be returned.

Cause

The Cancelled status field for the employee time sheet isn't consistent with the cancelled status of the employee time sheet (referenced through the Time Sheet Entry)

One possible cause is that the status field in the employee time object is changed to 'Approved' either manually/via import.

Resolution

Correct the Employee Time object with the status as per the Employee Time Sheet.
