2918804 - Project times automatically appear as quantity to be written off

Employee has recorded actual working time. It was not intended to create a deviating entry for quantity to be invoiced, but the billable hours are different from duration.

1. Go to work center: Home
2. Go to Self-Service Overview
3. Edit Time Sheet
4. Maintain and edit the Billable Hours and then Duration
5. Billable Hours are different than expected

The issue is caused by the sequence of actions. The employee maintained the field Billable Hours first. The manual change of the Billable Hours is denoted.

Now user changes the duration and not the billable hours:

The change of the duration will not affect the billable hours as they were originally maintained by the user. Therefore the billable hours will not be changed until the user specifically changes their value.

If duration was entered first, then the billable hours would automatically be defaulted to the duration hours and remain until a user changes them again.
