2918835 - Document Flow Does Not Display All the Documents

 Document Flow for Sales Order does not show all the preceding documents.

SAP Cloud for Customer.

Pre-requisite: You have a Sales Order, which has multiple preceding documents such as Lead, Opportunity, Contract.

1. Navigate to Sales workcenter.

2. Navigate to Sales Order view.

3. Open Sales Order 123(where 123 is Sales Order ID).

4. Go to Document Flow facet.

Not all preceding documents are displayed here.

 

Sales Order 123 is a 'Call-off' sales order which means that the order is created to cover multiple supplies or deliveries from a single company over a period of time.

In such cases, the preceding documents are not displayed in the document flow because there can be multiple sales orders created out of the contract.It will not be possible to display n number of orders in the Document Flow facet.

The relationships for Call-off orders are not shown in the Document Flow.You can see the Relationship between Sales Order and Contract in the Products facet of the Sales Order 123.

Similarly in the Contract, you can find the Sales Order created out of the Contract in Sales Order facet.
