Scale settings lost for all stories in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) after version up to 2020.8

• SAP Analytics Cloud (Enterprise) 2020.8.3

1. Version upgraded to 2020.8.3 after the weekend release for SAC tenant.
2. Open any story and click Designer > Styling.
3. Find the scale setting is lost (set to default). 

This issue is fixed on 2020.10.
