2918916 - Error: “A technical error (Condition type Freight is not valid) occurred: PRC_ESF_CND_MAINT 102. Report an incident.” While Migrating Freights

Your requirement is to migrate the Freights. During simulation, system throws the below error:

 A technical error (Condition type Freight is not valid) occurred: PRC_ESF_CND_MAINT 102. Report anincident.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Select Implementation Projects view or Overview
3. Search and Open the activity Migration of Freights
4. Select Migrate freights using the migration tool
5. Select You Can Also at the top right corner of the screen and Download Migration Template
6. Fill the required and the mandatory fields in the migration file
7. Upload the Migration File
8. Execute Migration for the respective Migration File with Migration Mode Add new records
9. In the Simulation step, you see error detected during import simulation
10. Additional message generated; see help for more information
11. Display Help and you will see the mentioned error

You have not scoped the required scoping question regarding calculation of Freight amount based on weight in the project scope in Business Configuration work center.

To enable the functionality of calculation of Freight amount based on weight in your scoping, you may follow the below steps:

1. Go to Business Configuration work center
2. Go to Implementation Projects view
3. Show All Current Projects and click go
4. Select the Implementation project
5. Select Edit Project Scope
6. Go to the section 4-Questions by clicking on the Next button
7. Select and expand the General Business Data
8. Select and expand the Product and Service Pricing
9. Select the Sales Price Specifications
10. Under Questions for Freights, select and check mark the question:
11. Do you calculate freight amount based on net weight?
12. Select next
13. Review and click on Finish

Now you may proceed to migrate the Freights using the migration tool.
