The customer project XXXXXXX is not accessible or not found in "Plan Customer Projects" app.

1. Go to app "Plan Customer Project".
2. Search for the customer project.

The customer project is set as a private project as the 'Public Project' switch is set to No. Additionally, under the restriction type Project(PPM_PRJ) in the business role SAP_BR_PROJECT_MANAGER_PROF, the 'Confidential Project' field has been set to 'N'.

When a customer project is set as private project, and the 'Confidential Project' is set as N under restriction type Project(PPM_PRJ) in the role, then only the responsible project manager and users assigned to the different roles in project can access the project in "plan customer project" app.
