As SAP SuccessFactors is a cloud based product, can we have access directly to the database of my instance?

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
Resolution
SAP SuccessFactors uses a multi-tenant architecture, what means that the database is shared between several customers that are hosted in the same data center.
Due to this reason, it is not possible to give the customers access to the databases.
