2919066 - No Export Profiles are displayed in the Extract Incident Data pop-up

Symptom

You use the incident search function to extract data for incidents by pressing button Extract Incident Data in the search result list.

However, no Export Profiles are displayed in the Extract Incident Data popup, even though the Export Profiles are correctly configured in customizing.
