2919080 - Preliminary import - false error when executing a PPF action for an import step

You use Change Request Management to control your software distribution.

During the preliminary import process of a normal change you can see these behaviors:

• you execute the action "Confirm successfully test" to set the status of the document to "Tested for Production Import". 
• you execute action "Authorize for Import" to set the status of the document to "Tested for Production Import". 
• you execute the action "Import Normal Change into Production" to set the status of the document to "Imported into Production". 

You receive error message "An action was terminated due to an exceptional situation" and the status of the ChaRM document is not moved although the import is done correctly. The next time you repeat the action the document moves to next status correctly.
