2919185 - Error "Required Excel XML template not found - create incident" Occurs when Download Excel XML Template for Exchange Rate

You woule like to maintain Exchange Rates for Foreign Currency, but error "Required Excel XML template not found - create incident" occurs when click on "Download Excel XML Template".

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the work center Administrator.
2. Go to view Common Tasks.
3. Click "Exchange Rates for Foreign Currency".
4. Click 'Download Excel XML Template'.

Error message: "Required Excel XML template not found - create incident".

The error occurs due to a missing template. Please find the template attached to this KBA. The issue usually occurs with C4C customers.

The Excel XML template is attached to this KBA.

Upload the template and then try downloading from the work center. 
The Exchange rates can be uploaded via import from excel option and also via web service which would run as a background job to push exchange rate from external system to the current system.
