2919406 - Customer Contract Does Not Trigger Re-Approval Process

Symptom

When adjust pricing on a contract and it is released without approval.

Environment

SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Sales Orders workcenter.
  2. Select the Contracts view.
  3. Open any contract and change pricing.
  4. Save Contract.

Contract does not trigger an approval task.

Cause

  • Customer Contracts have no re-approval process.
  • Once the contract is released, any change will not trigger any further approval tasks.

Resolution

This is the expected system behavior.
