2919442 - multiple saving of a changed control in a organization

Symptom

When a control in a subprocess of an organization will be changed, then the "save"-button has to be pushed for every object: control, subprocess and organization until the change is really saved. Only pushing the "save"-button in object "control" and than pushing the "cancel"-button doesn't stores the change.
