Symptom

ASE raises error 2812 when user tries to execute system stored procedure sp_defer_index_recovery.

Example:

Stored procedure 'sp_defer_index_recovery' not found. Specify owner.objectname or use sp_help to check whether the object exists (sp_help may produce lots of output).
