2919595 - Unable to launch Webi Rich Client (4.2) or Authentication options disappear (4.3) when connecting via VPN

Symptom

  • Unable to launch Webi Rich Client (4.2), or authentication options disappear on the login page after a few seconds (without login) when connecting via VPN:

  • Other Client tools such as Universe Design Tool, Information Design Tool, and Crystal Reports launch with no error
  • Error logs on 4.2
