2919595 - Unable to launch Webi Rich Client or Authentication options disappear when connecting via VPN

• Unable to launch Webi Rich Client or authentication options disappear on the login page after a few seconds (without login) when connecting via VPN
• Other Client tools such as Universe Design Tool, Information Design Tool, and Crystal Reports launch without errors
• Error "Account information not recognized: Could not reach CMS server:port. Specify the correct host and port and check for network issues" when trying to login to WRC after adding a new VPN
