Symptom
When importing Tasks via Data Workbench, using the Task object, you cannot associate a ticket in relationship file "FieldDef_Task Follow Up and Related Items", because the tickets were created by data workbench, which do not have internal ID, they just have external ID. In this file you can only enter the internal ticket ID field (BTD_ID), not the external ticket ID.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Data Workbench work center >> Import
- Select Individual Object, find and download the template "Task Follow Up and Related Items", then in the downloaded files, you can check the "FieldDef_Task Follow Up and Related Items.csv"
Resolution
We have added BTD External Key for task, this field would be available for customer with 2008 upgrade.
