Symptom

Error FF774 "Calculation procedure 0TXCN does not exist in tax jurisdiction definition" occurs when approving general journal entries via verification

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Requester submitted journal entry via app Verify General Journal Entries - for Requester

2. Approver approved journal entry via app Verify General Journal Entries- For Processor (Inbox)

Cause

in app 'Manage Workflows for General Journal Entry Verification', for the active workflow used, there is only one step 'Verify', no step 'Post' Maintained.

Resolution

Add step 'Post' in the workflow to be used.
