2919892 - Mass Editing of Sales Notes for Services Does not Work

When trying to use the Mass Edit function for multiple sales notes in the Services view in work center Products, the change is only applied to one instead of all selected services.

1. Go to work center Products
2. Go to view Services
3. Select several services
4. Click button Activate Mass Change
5. Display Sales
6. Select several services 
7. Click button Edit Sales Note
8. Add note in popup window
9. Apply Mass Change --> ALL SELECTED
10. The change is only made to the first service in the list

A distribution chain to a sales note is a 1:1 mapping. Each distribution chain (combination of sales org + distribution channel) in product master corresponds to one set of sales data. And therefore an update on each data set is expected to be unique.

To update multiple sales notes in one go, please use Enhance Already Existing Records in Migration of Services activity in Business Configuration.

Please note: The purpose of the Enhance Mode of migration is to add new sub nodes to existing nodes and not to modify any existing value.

In case you want to modify existing nodes, please use the Mass Data Maintenance work center.
