2919907 - Utilities Service fails with "Unexpected EOF in prolog" Error in CPI

Symptom

When opening an Utilities Service in C4C, you get the following error in CPI:

"org.apache.cxf.binding.soap.SoapFault: Error reading XMLStreamReader: Unexpected EOF in prolog at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,0], cause: com.ctc.wstx.exc.WstxEOFException: Unexpected EOF in prolog at [row,col {unknown-source}]: [1,0]"

When testing the corresponding service in the ERP/S4H , you get an XLT Exception.

XLT Exception
Message Text : Error during access to the ref node ‘ABCDE’. The ref node is not defined or does not have the necessary type.
