When an admin user or Mentoring Program owner has the "Run Report" permission, they will be able to run reports, which will populate all reportable data for Mentoring Programs owned by them. Please note that all of the reportable fields and all row data of the Mentoring Program will be shown in the report.

• Only employees who have the "Create Report" and "Run Report" permissions can create and run Analytics Mentoring Program Reports.
• If the logged-in user has Create/Run Mentoring Report permission and Mentoring Admin Permission, the report will populate all Mentoring Programs information, independent of the target population in RBP.
• If the logged-in user has Create/Run Report permission and does not has the Mentoring Admin permission, but is the owner of some Mentoring Programs, the report will retrieve the Mentoring Programs that he is the owner of.
• If the logged-in user has Create/Run Report permissions but, does not has Mentoring Admin permission and is not the owner of any Mentoring Program, the report populates nothing.

NOTE: The Mentoring Reports should only be run by Admin users or the owners of the Mentoring activities. Since the permission to run these reports is based on the permission to run Mentoring domain reports, and not on the Mentoring module permissions. Currently, there is no way to limit the Mentoring reports to a target population, so the user that has this permission will be able to see everyone's information in the report.
