Symptom

  •  App could not be opened because the SAP UI5 component of the application could not be loaded
  • "Failed to load UI5 component for navigation intent \"#GLAccount-displayOpenItemBalance\"",      "technicalMessage": "Cannot read property 'initialize' of null\nTypeError: Cannot read property 'initialize' of null\n    at S.s.initializeControls 
  • The issue is most likely caused by the application fin.gl.balanceaudittrail.display
