Symptom
When the user clicks on the activity in the Onboarding workqueue , Access denied error pops up.
Environment
Successfactors Onboarding 1.0
Reproducing the Issue
Go to Onboarding workqueue and click on the activity
Resolution
There could be two possible reasons, Please see below:
1) User should have activity and work queue permission enabled.
2) In superadmin -> processes -> click on the step where the error appears in work queue -> click on assign actions and remove Redirect if used
Redirect can be used only for Notifications.
