2920500 - Activate InfoObjects with circular reference

Infoobjects with circular reference/dependency cannot be activated manually or via transport.

•  When trying to activate one InfoObject, you see error:

"Attribute <iobj_1> from characteristic <iobj_2> not (actively) available". message no. R7322

•  When trying to activate referenced InfoObject, you see the following error:

"Characteristic <iobj_1>: Referenced characteristic <iobj_3> not (actively) available" message no. R7396

•  Doing the above 2 steps can result in a circular reference case:

"Attribute <iobj_1> from characteristic <iobj_2> not (actively) available" message no. R7322

then

"Characteristic <iobj_1>: Referenced characteristic <iobj_2> not (actively) available" message no. R7396

•  Additionally, you might also see error:

"Navigation attribute <iobj_1> is missing in characteristic <iobj_2>" message no. R7427
