2920885 - No logs for the failed data load can be found in Activities in SAC.

Symptom

User can see all the success ones and it shows the number of records which got imported when clicking the 'data import' tab. But the failed ones are not there.

Environment

  • SAP Analytic Cloud 2020.2.19

Reproducing the Issue

  1. User created a simple excel file with 6 rows and 2 columns.
  2. Deleted the file from the file server location and scheduled the model.
  3. It failed saying that the file does not exist. (error_test.jpg attached)
  4. Check in the 'security->activities' and I can only see the logs for succeeded data imports. Failed ones are not showing up. (logs.jpg attached)

Cause

This issue is currently under investigation of development team.
