How to reach the Expert Chat from a C4C system.

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Resolution

To reach the Expert-Chat from a C4C system:

Option 1:

  1. Click the user-icon at the top right of the UI.
  2. Select Help, at the bottom of the popup.
  3. In the Help section, scroll to the bottom.
  4. Click the Expert Chat link.

Option 2:

  1. Click the user-icon at the top right of the UI.
  2. Select Report Case, in the middle of the popup.
  3. In the Report a Case popup, you can see Chat with a real person (S-user required) section.
  4. Click the Chat with support now link.
