How to reach the Expert Chat from a C4C system.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Resolution
To reach the Expert-Chat from a C4C system:
Option 1:
- Click the user-icon at the top right of the UI.
- Select Help, at the bottom of the popup.
- In the Help section, scroll to the bottom.
- Click the Expert Chat link.
Option 2:
- Click the user-icon at the top right of the UI.
- Select Report Case, in the middle of the popup.
- In the Report a Case popup, you can see Chat with a real person (S-user required) section.
- Click the Chat with support now link.
