2921085 - Print preview isn't working or non-classifiable error (SSFCOMPOSER003) during the output of the document in the output log

Symptom

  • The error message "SSFCOMPOSER003 - Error cannot be classified (unknown exception triggered)" is displayed in the processing logs or in the transaction SM13.
  • Report RSNAST00 stops with formatting error in Smart Form.
  • The print preview doesn't work.
  • A downloaded PDF file is empty.
