Symptom
Can the date format DD/MM/YYYY be added so that it is available in the Maintain Business Users app

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Resolution
- The date format "DD/MM/YYYY" is not available and cannot be added
- The technical reason behind is that in the system there is already a date format "MM/DD/YYYY"
- If a new date format "DD/MM/YYYY" is added, then the system has no way to distinguish the difference between the "MM/DD/YYYY" and "DD/MM/YYYY"
