Symptom

  • After login to the SAP Fiori Launchpad, "Fiori Launchpad Error: Failure - Unable to load groups" error occurs.
  • Error message in browser console and network tabs shows 503 Service Unavailable message for below two requests:
    • /sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_PERS/PageSets
    • /sap/opu/odata/UI2/INTEROP/PersContainers
