2921205 - ORA-01722 error when using calculated views - Data Services

Symptom

  • A job using an Oracle calcuated view suddenly fails with the following error:
    Error "<ORA-01722: invalid number>. The SQL submitted is SELECT " " FROM "database"."Table""
  • Same error is seen when viewing data in the datastore connection.
  • When the calculated view is refreshed on the Database side, the error is resolved for a short time only.
