2921227 - MSG 11283 External file access is not enabled or not licensed - SAP ASE

• The following message is reported when running sp_dump_history:

Msg 11283, Level 16, state 4
External file access is not enabled or not licensed.

• From SAP applications, from DBACockpit, you will see the Alert Collector failing with that same error.
• From a SAP Solution Manager system monitoring a remote ASE those messages can be reported in the developper trace file:
