Where can current employees apply for a job requisition?

It is considered best practice for internal users to apply for jobs using the internal career site. However, if an internal candidate has applied for a job requisition externally, it is possible to merge the internal and the external profile. In this scenario the internal candidate should be selected as the master candidate in order to ensure there is no issue with hiring the internal candidate.
