2921388 - Goal Entity not found through API Call

When querying Goal Data through API Call you receive the following error.

"Error message--> Entity Goal_1 is not found. An error occurred while resolving entity Goal_1 due to internal error."

Also, searching in the Integration Center, the Goal_1 Entity is not available, however, the Goal Plan with the ID 1 is active, the permissions are properly set and even this, it does not show in the Goal Entities Available.

SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

In order to correct this issue is necessary to run the OData API Metadata Refresh and Export  following the steps below:

1. Go to Admin Center
2. Company Settings > OData API Metadata Refresh and Export
3. Click on the Refresh Button

Once the Refresh is successful you can go back to the Integration center and confirm that the Goal entity that was missing is now available.

Note: in this scenario we have used the entity Goal_1 as example, the number refer to the Goal Plan ID so it can be any Goal Plan with the same scenario
