2921624 - rs_funcstrings is corrupt after creation of schema map - SRS

Symptom

When trying to set schemamap,
SRS report:

I. 2020/02/21 13:00:09. 'rs_funcstrings' system table is corrupt.

I. 2020/02/21 13:05:07. ...... connected to server 'DS' as user 'PblinkRep_HAB'.
I. 2020/02/21 13:05:07. A grouped transaction of 5 individual transactions has failed in database 'DS.HAB'. It will be broken into smaller groups and retried.
E. 2020/02/21 13:05:07. ERROR #1028 DSI EXEC(104(1) DS.HAB) - neric/dsi/dsiqmint.c(5055)
Message from server: Message: -141, State 0, Severity 11 -- 'SQL Anywhere Error -141: Table 'GEN_UTIL' not found'.
