SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

2922159 - Verify General Journal Entries shows status "Failed" despite Workflow and Teams being set correctly.

Symptom

  • Although agents and teams have been maintained completely in app Manage Teams and Responsibilities for General Journal Entry Verification, submitting Journal Entry fails in app Verify General Journal Entries – for Requester with the following error:

Exception raised:Error when starting work item **
REENQUEUE:No agent determined(rule id /FUNC/FGJEV_L1)

The error log is displayed in transaction SWIA as shown below: -


  • The following error might be raised as well: SWF_FLEX_RUN/006 “Agent rule with id '&1' not found in scenario”.
