Symptom
- Unable to upgrade reporting databases
- BCM_Reporting_server_install_db.txt log shows the following errors:
- Temporary directory used: E:\SAP\ContactCenter\logs\XX_ReportingDB\
- Checking SQL Server connection: SERVER=SERVERNAME\INSTANCE;DATABASE=master
- Microsoft SQL Server is not installed or not running or invalid database name/SQL account/password.

- Installation logs show:
- TRC> ODBCConnection [02B6D950]: ODBC connection failed
- ERR> Failed to connect to database destination [SERVERNAME\INSTANCE - CUSTOMER_DSArea] using [Driver=SQL Server;Server=SERVERNAME\INSTANCE;Database=CUSTOMER_DSArea;Trusted_Connection=no;UID=<protected>;PWD=<protected>
