2922435 - Parent picklist error when creating new picklist values in Picklist Center

When creating new picklist values in Picklist Center, below error is received:

"Parent Picklist Value is a required field/association in Object Picklist Value."

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Picklist Center
2. Select a picklist
3. Add a value 
4. Click "Create" > error appears 

ParentPicklistValue field is set as required or "YES" in Object Definition > Picklist Value. Configuration needs to be modified to mark it as not required field. 

Mark the parentPicklistValue field in the Picklist Value object definition as "NO" or Not Required via following below:

1. Go to Configure Object Definitions
2. Search for Object Definition > Picklist Value
3. Make correction. For field parentPicklistValue, click "Details" and set Required as "No"
4. Click "Done"
5. Save Object Definition
