Symptom

  • Auto-triggered emails in Recruiting Management (RCM) default to a single company and are not separated by configured brands. 
  • The behavior occurs when multiple brands are configured in an RCM instance and automated emails are used. 
  • Users expecting brand-specific automated email customization observe that messages are not aligned to the selected brand.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Configure multiple brands in the Recruiting Management (RCM) instance.
  2. Set up auto-triggered emails in RCM.
  3. Observe that the emails are defaulted to one company and are not separated by the brands created in the instance. 

Cause

Product design limitation: Auto-triggered emails default to one company and do not support brand-based separation. 

Resolution

  • This is expected product behavior: auto-triggered emails in RCM default to a single company and cannot be separated by brand. 
  • If you need brand-based automated emails, submit an enhancement request through the appropriate channels as described in the related guidance.
