2922526 - Employee unable to apply leave on behalf of(Proxy) another employee

User A proxy as user B and tries to apply leave(on behalf of user B). This results in below error. 

COE0007 Entity or function name TimeTypeBalance is not found. It is not found in module TimeTypeBalance.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off

• Login as User A
• Proxy as User B
• Navigate to Time Off ESS screen 
• Try to apply leave

Time off balance(leave balance) categorized as private data in the system. 

If the user A doesn't have permission to view private data of user B(proxy user), then system will throw this error while trying to apply leave.

For user A(proxy user) grant the permission to view private data of the proxy account holder(user B). This can be done through proxy settings.

How to turn on permission to view private data: 

Go to Proxy Management, Grant Proxy Rights, check "Employee Central V2 + Employee Profile" – "Private Data For Proxy Account Holder" , Proxy user can see blocks with private data for the proxy account holder
