2922562 - Mandatory fields are required to fill in when enable log data changes

Symptom

When trying to enable "log data changes" for table TPROT, it's mandatory not to leave these fields: "Data Class" and "Size Category" empty.

Message "Fill in all required entry fields" happens when saving the changes.
