2922593 - The Note is Missing in the List View of the Ticket Interaction


On adding a note in the notes facet, it is not visible in list view though can be seen in a grid view of interaction facet of ticket.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Service work center.
  2. Go to the Tickets view.
  3. Search and open ticket LMN (where LMN represents the ticket id).
  4. Go to the Notes facet and add a new note.
  5. Go to the Interaction facet.
  6. You can see the newly added note is visible in the grid view but is not visible in the list view.


The list view shows the activities. As note is not stored as an activity type,it is not visible in list view.


The note which is memo activity is only visible in grid view and this is an expected system behavior.
