2922665 - Is it possible to add an admin email in bcc for tracking purpose in all SF notification emails?

Symptom

Customer wants to add an admin email id in bcc in all the email notifications that are sent out from SuccessFactors for tracking purpose to help customers investigate when users complain about not receiving emails.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Resolution

  • There would be data security concerns around enabling such a feature wherein an email is set to be in bcc for all notifications sent out from the system to the users. This functionality is not available. 
  • There is also no functionality in the instance to track the emails sent out to users. If you need to get the log of any emails, please follow the steps documented in KBA 2819842 - Email Audit Log for Successfactors
