Resolution

There are two possible scenarios for this mapping. Below one you are collecting only one value for National ID in New Hire Data Review / Personal Data Collection in Onboarding 2.0

  1. Go to Admin Center > Maintain Onboarding and Offboarding Document Templates;
  2. On the column actions, click on the button Open Mapping;
  3. On the corresponding placeholder for your national Id field, select the mapping type as Directthe base object as National ID and the target field as National ID.

In this second scenario, your new hire is providing multiple values for National ID information (most common scenario). In this case you must change above mapping for rule based mapping and you'll need to create a business rule to select which National id being sent to the form as below example (otherwise, the system will automatically pick up one of the existing values for National ID):

Please note that at this time, Onboarding does not support the mapping of multiple values for the national ID to the PDF form. Only one value for national ID can be send to the form.
