2922920 - Username Change Not Allowed During Onboarding – Onboarding

There is a requirement to change the onboardee’s username during the onboarding process.
Clarification is needed on whether it is possible to update the onboardee’s username at this point in the workflow.

According to confirmation from the engineering team, once assigned, the user ID and username are immutable.

These identifiers are referenced across numerous database tables upon creation, and therefore cannot be modified under any circumstances.
