2923007 - "Cannot cleanup cache folder" messages in Event Viewer

Symptom

  • Receive frequent warnings in Event Viewer for the following:
    Cannot cleanup cache folder <install_path>\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\Data\\CrystalReportsCachingServer\temp\<node>.CrystalReportsCacheServer\parent\cache\~crw<unique string ID>\. Most likely reason is that another process is accessing files in the cache folder.
  • Crystal Reports viewing is working fine
