Symptom

In T-CD: RECN, condition cash flows are already posted with T-CD: RERAPP, but those condition are not locked.  You expected these conditions to be locked with "Lock Reason: Partially locked due to pstng from XX.XX.XXXX to XX.XX.XXXX".
