How to enable the Fiori Spaces and Pages after SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2005 release?

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 2005+

The Fiori Spaces is not enabled by default.

Administrator must enable the feature by configurating the following settings in application Manage Launchpad Settings (included in catalog SAP_CORE_BC_UI):

• SPACES_ENABLE_USER
• This setting enables the option for the business user to turn on spaces mode.
• SPACES
• This setting activates the FLP spaces runtime for all users. This option should only be applied when all groups content is replaced by corresponding spaces and pages

*note: when enabling Spaces and Pages for users, Spaces should be defined for users, otherwise users will experience a blank Fiori Launchpad homepage. Please see links in See Also section.

After enabled by administrator, business users may enable the Fiori Spaces by the following step:

1. Open the Fiori Launchpad Home
2. Click the User Actions Menu icon on the right of the shell bar
3. Click Settings
4. Click Spaces
5. Click Use Spaces
   
6. Save.
