2923400 - Query Error: Characteristic ... has no master data for "..." or you do not have authorization.

• When opening the input help or running a BW query using a BICS-based application (e.g Java Web Runtime, Analysis for Office) you get unexpected or no data.
• Sometimes, the error also appears during RRI jumps.
• In addition error messages such as the follows get displayed:
  
  "Characteristic <A> has no master data for "<C><X>" or you do not have authorization.
  <A> .. technical name of the characteristic.
  <C> .. key value of the compounding parent of the characteristic.
  <X> .. key value of the characteristic.
